Born in 1953 in the village of Zhylytau, Kurchum district, East Kazakhstan region. In 1977, he graduated from the current Republican Variety and Circus College named after Zh. Elebekov. He worked at the Semipalatinsk Philharmonic named after Amre Kashaubayev. Keldenbai Olmesekov performs more than twenty songs and kuyi by Shakarim Kudaiberdiuly. He was not only a performer, but also a deeply educated Shakarim scholar, an excellent propagandist who could explain the history of the origin and reason for the birth of each song to the listener. He freely toured our vast country with his lecture-concerts “Shakarim's musical heritage” and “This song is different from the previous one”. Keldenbai Olmesekov is a laureate of the Republican Amre Kashaubayev folk song performers' competition;
