Privacy Policy

1. General Provisions

This Privacy Policy defines the procedure for the collection, storage, processing and protection of personal data of users of the web portal “ruhaniatalemi.kz” (hereinafter — the Portal).

The Personal Data Operator:
Department of Culture, Language Development and Archives of the Abai Region

This Policy has been developed in accordance with:

  • The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Their Protection”
  • Other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

By using the Portal, the user confirms their consent to this Policy.

2. Personal Data Processed

The Portal may process the following categories of data:

  • Email address;
  • User name (if voluntarily provided);
  • IP address;
  • Cookies data;
  • Technical browser and device data;

The Portal does not process special categories of personal data, including:

  • Health information,
  • Biometric data,
  • Private life information,
  • Financial data.

3. Purposes of Processing

Personal data are processed exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Ensuring proper functioning of the Portal;
  • Providing information and services to users;
  • Operation of the intelligent assistant;
  • Ensuring information security.

Personal data are not used for commercial or advertising purposes.

4. Use of the Intelligent Assistant (AI)

The Portal uses an intelligent assistant for:

  • Searching information within Portal materials;
  • Navigation across sections;
  • Providing reference responses.
  • The AI does not make decisions with legal consequences;
  • Dialogues may be logged in anonymized form;
  • AI responses are for informational purposes only.

5. Cookies and Technical Data

The Portal uses cookies for:

  • Proper display of pages;
  • Traffic analysis;
  • Improving user experience.

Users may disable cookies in browser settings; however, this may affect certain Portal functions.

6. Storage and Protection

  • All data are stored on servers located within the Republic of Kazakhstan;
  • HTTPS;
  • Access control;
  • Logging;
  • Backup procedures.

Data are stored no longer than necessary to achieve processing purposes.

7. Transfer to Third Parties

Personal data are not transferred to third parties except in cases:

  • Provided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
