Zhumakhanov Mereke Orynbekovich was born in 1977 in the village of Kaskabulak, Abay district, former Semey region.

From 1993 to 1997, he studied at the M. Tolebayev College of Music in Semey, graduating with a degree in orchestra, ensemble artist, and teacher.

He began his career in 1997 as a music teacher at the M. Auezov secondary school.

Since January 2000, he has been appointed club manager of the Kaskabulak rural house of culture, which is part of the municipal state-owned enterprise "Abay district house of culture" of the Abay district of the East Kazakhstan region.

In 2021, he was awarded the badge of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Excellence in the field of culture".
