Tolebaev Musical College in Semey from 1998 to 2001, under the guidance of Professor D. Turankulova. In 2011, he graduated from the Kyrgyz State Institute of Arts named after Bibisara Beishenaliev with a qualification in "Directing" for the specialty of "Director of Dramatic Theater." He began his career in 1999 as an actor at the Semey "Dariga-ai" youth theater. Since February 2008, he has been appointed as the director of the Semey City "Dariga-ai" Youth Theater KMGK. Since 2014, he has been the deputy director of the "Abai Theater" KMGK. From 2022 to 2026, he served as the director of the "Abai Theater" KMGK. Amangeldy Talgatbekuly is a qualified specialist who has mastered the theater and culture sector and gained extensive experience due to his inquisitiveness, knowledge, and hard work. He has high acting skills, a wide vocal range, and has honed his acting mastery by playing several roles on stage. As an experienced actor, he has portrayed classical characters as well as negative characters at a professional level, winning the warm affection of the audience. Achievements: Two-time laureate of the O. Bokey Republican Artistic Speech Masters Competition; became a diploma winner at the International "Shabyt" Festival in 2004; recipient of the commemorative medal dedicated to the 550th anniversary of the Kazakh Khanate; awarded the "For Contribution to the City" badge by the Mayor of Semey in 2019; as a director, staged the plays "Ak Keme" by Sh. Aitmatov and "Romeo and Juliet" by W. Shakespeare, as well as small compositional performances dedicated to the works of Abai, Shakarim, Mukhtar, Alash figures, and famous poets and writers. He created the stage version of the performance "Shakarim. The Pathless Punishment" staged in honor of the 165th anniversary of Sh. Qudaiberdiev. Under the leadership of Amangeldy Talgatbekuly, the team of the "Dariga-ai" youth theater has become winners of several republican and international festivals. Notably: laureate of the Republican Theater Festival dedicated to the 65th anniversary of the Great Victory and the 100th anniversary of B. Momyshuly; won the "Patriotic Activity" nomination at the regional theater festival dedicated to the 125th anniversary of J. Aymauytov held in Pavlodar; laureate of the XIII "Nauryz" International Theater Festival of Turkic Peoples held in Kazan in 2017; Grand Prix winner of the XXV Republican Festival of Kazakhstan Drama Theaters dedicated to A. Sygaï's 70th anniversary; winner of the "Best Male Actor" nomination at the VII International Theater Festival of Central Asian countries dedicated to the 20th anniversary of Astana and the 120th anniversary of prominent statesman Temirbek Jürgenov; laureate of the Republican Theater Festival dedicated to Amina Omirzakova's 100th anniversary; laureate of the XIII "Nauryz" International Theater Festival of Turkic Peoples held in Kazan in 2021; 3rd place winner of the Republican Theater Festival "Let the Critique be True" named after A. Sygaï dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Kazakhstan's Independence and many winners of regional and republican competitions; Amangeldy Talgatbekuly has been tirelessly working for the theater team to achieve such high-level successes. Although it is a young theater, it currently occupies a prominent place among the well-known theaters of the Republic. In 2019, the 20th anniversary of the "Dariga-ai" youth theater was celebrated at a large republican level. The sage of theater art - Asanaly Ashimov, along with a group of art figures, came to specially evaluate and bless the team of the first youth theater opened in the Land of Greats. This is also a significant achievement made under the leadership of Amangeldy Talgatbekuly. As a leader, he demands great responsibility and, accordingly, does not spare support for his subordinates. He has provided free housing for three actors from the administration and continues to offer additional assistance based on each actor's family situation. Amangeldy Talgatbekuly adheres to the principle "Walk slowly and step firmly, labor will not go to waste," being a cherished spouse and beloved father at home, a respected figure in front of the team, with high organizational skills and great responsibility.
