I was born on May 11, 1955 in the village of Kapanbulak, Zharma district.

In 1962 I went to the 1st grade and graduated from high school in 1972.

Until I was drafted into the army in October 1973, I worked as a veterinary surgeon in the 1st department of the Zharma state farm.

After serving in the army for 2 years in Zhanatas, Zhambyl region, I returned to my native village in 1975.

Since that year, I have been working as a sports instructor and methodologist for sports at the Zharma state farm and as a secretary of the Komsomol organization.

From 1983 to 1987, I studied at the Higher Party School in Almaty.

From 1987 to 1988, I worked as an instructor in the Zharma district party committee. I have a higher education. 2001. Almaty. International Academy of Law and Market. Lawyer.
