Qubash Dos Ayjarykuly is a specialist with a distinctive signature in contemporary Kazakh theater directing, characterized by deep creative exploration, a combination of professional knowledge and stage experience. He stands out by skillfully merging national spirit and modern theatrical thinking in the field of directing, offering artistic works that cater to the audience's taste.

Dos Ayjarykuly was born on July 9, 1993, in Semey. He entered the Jarbulaq secondary school in 2000 and graduated from this educational institution in 2011.

From 2011 to 2016, he studied under the qualified teacher Maman Baiserkulov at the Faculty of Theater Arts of the T. Zhurgenov Kazakh National Academy of Arts, mastering the theoretical and practical foundations of professional directing.

He began his career as a director at the Ilyas Omarov Kostanay Regional Kazakh Drama Theater in 2016 and worked successfully at this theater until 2021. During this period, he actively participated in the repertoire policy and staged high artistic level performances in various genres. Notably: A. Nurgaiykov's "Love is a Complicated Year," R. Otarbaev's "Mirror Life," A. Aylakov's "Are We the Spoilers?", S. Balghabayev's "Handsome," A. Maudанов's "Golden Man," Y. Altynsarin's "Cotton Girl," E. Toleubai's "Tekteq Teke," A. Maudанов's "Cunning Snowman," J. Moliere's "The Forced Marriage," A. Maudанов's "Tulip Festival," and "Bus Stop" performances added to the successful works that defined the director's professional mastery.

From 2021 to 2024, he served as the artistic director of the East Kazakhstan Regional Drama and Operetta Theater, making a significant contribution to the renewal of the theater's creative direction. On this theater stage, he staged R. Otarbaev's "Shadow," R. Kuni's "Number 13," and D. Qubash's "Modern Cotton Girl" performances.

Since 2024, he has been serving as the artistic director of the Abai Kazakh Musical Drama Theater. On this theater stage, he presented A. Volodin's "I Said Goodbye While Loving You…," the fairy tale "Snowman and His Friends," and Q. Junisov's "Lovers" to the audience.

Dos Ayjarykuly's creative work is highly valued in the professional community. In 2020, he was awarded the "National Guard Excellence" badge. In 2021, he became the recipient of the "Polaris" theater award and was awarded the Honorary Certificate of the Akimat of Kostanay Region that same year. In 2022, at the R. Otarbaev Theater Festival, the performance "Shadow" received a "Special Prize."
