OMAROV BERIK KUDAYBERGENULY
Berik Kudaybergenuly Omarov is a prominent representative of Kazakh traditional singing art, known for his vocal mastery and a figure who continues the national music tradition.
He was born in 1975 in the Ayagoz district (now Aбай region). His interest in art awakened from a young age, leading him to choose a career in stage singing.
In 1992, he graduated from the Sh. Kudayberdiev Secondary School in Semey,
and in 1997, he completed his studies at the Academy of Arts in Almaty.
He began his career as a singer at the A. Kashubaev State Philharmonic in Semey from 1997 to 2000.
From 2000 to 2005, he worked as a senior specialist in cultural events at industrial enterprises.
Since 2005, he has been serving as a soloist-singer at the regional "Euras-show" song theater in Semey.
In 2007, Berik Omarov participated in the "Inzhu-marzhan" concert organized by the "El" production center in Almaty, as well as in the programs "Altybakan," "Dala-duman," "Zheti saz," and "Aul's alty auzy," performing songs.
He is a laureate of the republican competitions named after J. Elebekov, K. Azirbaev, A. Kashubaev, and A. Naimanbaev, as well as the "Shabyt" and "Ertis Auenderi" festivals.
Current Position
Traditional singer, soloist of the regional "Euras-show" song theater in Semey, participating in concert and cultural-spiritual events.
