Protopopov Vyacheslav Vasilyevich. 1954
Graduated from the Moscow Higher Art Production School named after S.G. Stroganov (1977). Worked in art workshops in Semey and Ufa. Worked as an artist in the Semey Voskresensk Cathedral and a singer in the church choir. Lived and worked in the USA (Oklahoma), decorated and decorated an Orthodox church (2004-2009). Since 2010, lives in the city of Myski, Kemerovo region (Russia). Works in the genres of landscape, still life, portrait. Supporter of the realistic school. Participant of city exhibitions, including: the annual exhibition "Autumn Salon" (Museum of Fine Arts of the East Kazakhstan Region named after the Nevzorov family. Semey 1992, 2002); the first avant-garde exhibition in Semey (Exhibition Hall. Semey, 1994); personal exhibition in Novokuznetsk (Russia, 2010). Winner of the honorary title "Person of the Year" (Oklahoma, USA, 2006). Member of the Kazakh Soviet Socialist Republic.
