Tezekov Dulat Ibraikhanovich was born on 11.11.1958 in Semey city into a working class family. His father worked in the Ramzagot office, and his mother was a housewife. Dulat Ibraikhanovich's family loved to sing, because his mother played the dombra and had the ability to sing. Family members appeared on television several times and performed.
Dulat Ibraikhanovich went to school in 1966. From the first grade, he sang at school, and since he studied at a Russian school, he had to sing in Russian. At home, Dulat Ibraikhanovich sang in Kazakh. He studied in an 8-year education system. After graduating from school, he entered the M. Toleubayev Music College for a preparatory course in the cello class. After the first year of the preparatory department, he transferred to the wind instruments department in the tuba class of the BCC department. He graduated from school in 1979. During his studies, he was invited to the VIA ensemble at the factory as a soloist. At that time, Dulat Ibraikhanovich was 17 years old. He participated in city and regional art performances, was awarded valuable prizes and diplomas. During these events, commissions from the city department of culture and the philharmonic society came. They noticed him, and after graduating in 1978, they invited him to the philharmonic society as a vocalist. In 1979, he was officially accepted into the philharmonic society as a solo vocalist and went on tour in the regions and districts of the Republic of Kazakhstan. At the end of the employment contract, they were invited to sing at the Tsemzavod recreation center, since there was no Kazakh singer there. However, they wanted to sing in the Kazakh language. A year later, he was again invited to the State Philharmonic Society as a leading vocalist, because Dulat Ibraikhanovich wanted to work as a professional musician.
In 1981, he was invited to the Zhastar folk pop ensemble. During this period, there were tours throughout the region, they performed at open concert venues in regional centers. At that time, singing in the central park was fashionable and prestigious, and Dulat Ibraikhanuly, who created the VIA musical group, introduced Kazakh songs into the repertoire.
In 1982, he began working at the dance floor, before which Kazakh songs had not been performed in the Central Park. That is, they made a new contribution to the development of the Kazakh language in our city.
In 1985, he was invited to the regional musical drama theater as a leading vocalist. And Dulat Ibraikhanuly was confirmed as a drama artist. The group traveled around the regions of the region, performing in open spaces. Dulat Ibraikhanuly was forced to quit his job because his mother, the youngest in the family, was against his tours. In 1980, during his work at the State Philharmonic, there were also six-month tours. Dulat Ibraikhanuly traveled with the Ak-Bulak collective to the south of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to Kegen, Narynkol, Shilik and many other regions of the country.
In 1996, Dulat Ibraikhanovich was invited to the "Experimental-Experimental Plant" club, which specializes in agricultural robots, for tours to the regions.
At one time, he was invited to the Latvian ASSR for concert work.
In 1988, he was invited to the "Kurman" industrial collective with concerts as part of the VIA.
In 1992, the regional musical drama theater organized a touring group to the Altai Territory of Russia.
In 1993, Dulat Ibraikhanovich won the "Grand Prix" at the regional competition "Youth Opening Day" with an invitation to the international festival "Voice of Asia", but due to his very poor financial situation, the trip was canceled.
Later, in 1994, he worked as a campaign team in the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan at his own discretion, participated in concerts in the city and regions. In addition, concerts were held in the regions of our region for 10 years.
Since 2004, Tezekov Dulat Ibraikhanovich has been an artist-soloist vocalist at the State Philharmonic named after Amre Kashaubayev. During this time, Dulat Ibraikhanovich has held several solo concerts. He has shown himself to be an experienced organizer and performer of creative events. Always working tirelessly, he has worked with many artists, such as Yeshekeev Madeniet Seitzhanovich, Sybanov Bolat, Rakhimov Tursyngazy, Uderbayev Bakhyt. Dulat Ibraikhanovich worked with Bolat Sybanov both at the Philharmonic and at the Regional Musical Drama Theater.
Dulat Ibraikhanovich is an artist who knows the intricacies of his work, skillfully uses collective connections, has modern, necessary skills for work, and is able to successfully solve the assigned tasks.
