Born on 04.01. 1947 in the city of Borotola in the People's Republic of China. His parents died in the famine of 1932, and in 1959 he returned to his native Alakol district. Aimukhanbet graduated from the Obukhovka secondary school of the Alakol district of the Almaty region in 1966, graduated from the Semey Music College in 1971, and the Almaty State Conservatory in 1976. In 1989, he completed an internship at the All-Union Institute of Advanced Education in Moscow. Since 1976, he has been a teacher, head of the singing and choir department at the Semey M. Tolebayev Music College. In 1988-2010, he was appointed director-artistic director of the Semey Regional Philharmonic, where he headed it for 22 years. Since 2011, he has been a professor at the Semipalatinsk State University named after Shakarim.
Beisembekov A. - a member of the Writers' Union of Kazakhstan, a well-known poet and satirist in the republic. His published books include "If your face is crooked", "Life itself is a joke", "One joke is true", "Kulmestery kuldirgen", "Kazaghym-ay", "Saitan algyr satira", "Sak-sak kugen satira", "Zhazbaymyn satirany erikkennen" dedicated to the 180th anniversary of Abai. Beisembekov's work in Kazakh literature, which included the compilation of two volumes of the "Anthology of Kazakh Satire", is also noteworthy.

Professor Beisembekov is the author of 4 textbooks for students of higher and specialized secondary music educational institutions, about 30 scientific articles, and two monographs.
