Alexey Nikolaevich Beloslyudov was born on March 16, 1887, in the city of Semey (now Semey) in a poor bureaucrat's family of Siberian Cossacks. A.N. Beloslyudov loved collecting folklore. More than 200 fairy tales, 97 riddles, and over 100 songs were recorded by him. Between 1930 and 1935, Alexey Nikolaevich worked as a teacher in secondary specialized educational institutions in the city of Semey (now Semey). The collected material was published in the newspapers "Altai Life" and "Siberian Life." Thus, in 1913, several publications under the general title "Sketches from Bukhtarma" were published in the newspaper "Altai Life." The publications of the fairy tales written by Alexey Nikolaevich also appeared here. A.N. Beloslyudov was published under the pseudonyms "Wanderer," "Semey," and "A.B." He actively participated in the translation of Abai's works into Russian. Between 1930 and 1935, Alexey Nikolaevich worked as a teacher in secondary specialized educational institutions in the city of Semey (now Semey).

Then the family moved to Almaty (now Almaty), and he passed away in October 1939 from pulmonary tuberculosis. He was buried in Almaty (now Almaty).
