Rakhimgozhina Gulzhamal Bayanbaykyzy was born on May 19, 1938. In 1954-1957, she studied at the Abai Library College, majoring in "Library Studies". In 1957, she became the head of the Aksuat district central library. In 1963, she became the head of the reading room of the district library. In 1966, she became the head of the district children's library, and in 1994, she retired from this library.


During the Soviet Union, as the head of the children's library, she devoted her conscious life to the education and upbringing of the younger generation. She systematically organized the library's activities and worked fruitfully to replenish, preserve and effectively use the children's literature fund. Taking into account the age characteristics and interests of children, she initiated the regular holding of various educational and cognitive events aimed at forming a reading culture. She conducted the library's work in accordance with the requirements of that time, made a great contribution to increasing the number of readers and instilling in children a love of books. Thanks to her organizational skills, demandingness and responsibility, the children's library became one of the cultural and educational centers of the district. As a dedicated and experienced leader, she was able to set an example for her colleagues.
