Nugumanova Khazez Vakhitovna was born on October 12, 1945 in Semey. In 1963, she graduated from the Semey Library College. She began her career as the head of the Zenkovka rural library in the Borodulikha district. In 1966, she entered the correspondence department of the Kirov University in Almaty, and from 1969 to 1978, she taught history at the Tasbulak secondary school in the Urzhar district. In 1978, she moved to the city of Semey, where she worked as a senior librarian at the Trade Unions Library, and at the end of that year she transferred to the V. Gogol Regional Library (now the Abai Library). During her years of work in the Readers' Service Department, she organized various events to promote the achievements of national and world culture, to teach readers to appreciate the values ​​of national civilization, and to acquaint readers with the moral life of famous people in our region.


In 1984, she attended a one-month advanced training course in Moscow. In the same year, she was appointed head of the Department of Supplementation of the Library's Fund and Literature Processing. During her tenure, she supervised the replenishment of the library's fund with socially significant publications. She established close relations with domestic and Russian book publishers and implemented measures to replenish the fund with high-quality literature in response to reader demand. She contributed to the timely replenishment of the library's fund with important publications.


In 1994, she was appointed head of the Periodicals Department and organized the acquisition of many newspapers and magazines in response to reader demand. She monitored the long-term proper storage of newspapers and magazines and implemented measures to compile and bind publications.


During her service, Khazez Vakhitovna developed the work of the library, distinguished herself with her professional skills and high responsibility. She was awarded the "Veteran of Labor" badge.


In 1998, he retired due to staff reductions.


In 2025, the staff of the Abai Library, where he worked, appreciated his many years of work in the library field and nominated him for the "Honored Librarian of Kazakhstan" badge of the Union of Libraries of Kazakhstan.
