Mukazhanov Zharmak Zarubaevich

Zharkam Zarubaevich Mukazhanov was born on December 26, 1958. The master's creative works are based on national spirit, harmony with nature, and deep symbolism. Each of his creations demonstrates the continuity of tradition and artistic thought, conveying the folk worldview in a contemporary artistic language.
The master consciously chooses natural and precious materials. His works widely use the horns of animals such as deer, elk, and ibex. These materials are closely related to nomadic culture, embodying resilience, height, and the power of nature. Additionally, materials like metal, silver, and melchior are used, giving strength and decorative elegance to the creations.
The master has mastered traditional jewelry and decorative-applied art techniques. Complex methods such as hand engraving, stone setting, inlay, and horn processing enhance the artistic quality of the work, making each item unique and unparalleled.
In 2005, he was awarded a certificate at the Almaty - Central Asia Craftsmen's Exhibition Fair;
In 2009, he received a certificate for a training session for Kazakh craftsmen held in Karaganda;
In 2013-2014, he participated in the "Millennium Around Astana" crafts exhibition within the framework of the Astana - Nomadic Civilization Festival, held at "Khan Shatyr" and the "Expo 2017" exhibition;
In 2021, he was the winner of the Republican competition dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Independence in Ust-Kamenogorsk, receiving a first-place diploma, among others.
