Toleubayev Talgat Anuarovich is an instrumentalist of the pop symphony orchestra of the Akim of the Abay region.

An active, talented, competent musician, a famous violinist with a higher musical education, who has been fruitfully working in the field of cultural development of the East Kazakhstan region for more than 33 years. An active specialist who combines concert-performing and pedagogical activities.

Since 2001, he has been working as an orchestra artist (violin) at the Abay Theater. In 2018, he was awarded the honorary diploma "Best Musician" dedicated to International Theater Day.

Since 2003, he has worked at the "State Philharmonic named after Amre Kashaubayev in Semey". Since 2012, he has been working as the head of the Amre Kashaubayev Chamber Orchestra Philharmonic. In 2015, he was awarded the Honorary Medal of the Philharmonic for his contribution to the development of culture.

Since 2009, he has been teaching violin at the Mukan Tolebayev Music School. Toleubayev Talgat's students study at universities and work in cultural centers, cultural and educational institutions, and large creative groups in different parts of our republic. Currently, he works as an instrumentalist of the pop symphony orchestra of the Akim of the Abay region at the Amre Kashaubayev State Philharmonic.
