Umitkaliev Ulan Umitkaliuly

Umitqaliyev Ulan Umitqaliuly (07.01.1978) - Candidate of Historical Sciences, Associate Professor. He was born on January 7, 1978, in the village of Kundyzdy, Aбай district, Semey region. He graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in 2000. In 2004, he completed his postgraduate studies at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. In 2010, he defended his candidate dissertation titled “The Contribution of A.M. Orazbaev to Kazakhstan's Archaeology.” His scientific interests include the archaeology of Kazakhstan's Bronze and Early Iron Ages. Currently, he is the head of the Department of Archaeology and Ethnology at L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, Faculty of History.
Ulan Umitqaliuly is a teacher with great determination and strength. As the head of his department, he has organized meetings between domestic and foreign scholars and young students, and various scientific and educational seminars on different topics are held, significantly enhancing students' interest in knowledge and science.
Ulan Umitqaliyev has a monograph titled “The Personality of A.M. Orazbaev in Kazakh Archaeology.”
