The "Zharma District Culture Palace" is a communal state treasury enterprise under the administration of the Zharma District. It is located in the village of Auezov.

The Bakhyrshyk club house was established in 1967, which included a cinema hall. Since 1986, the Arman Youth Creative Center has been located in the building of the Auezov village outpatient clinic. Since 2021, the Auezov village Culture House has been opened, currently located at building B 36. The Culture House is equipped with modern material and technical facilities.

Specifically, a LED screen has been installed in the 398-seat auditorium. An elevator has been provided for people with disabilities. It is equipped with special equipment for club activities. The Culture House also houses a library for the village residents, with a collection of nearly 13,000 books. The library is equipped with special computers connected to the internet.

Overall, the building was constructed with the support of "BKÖK" LLP under the state program titled "Village - the cradle of the nation" for 670 million tenge. It is currently serving the benefit of the village population.
