Shar City Culture House

The Culture House was built in 1960. Until 1995, this building served as the House of Railway Workers, and it housed a brass band. In 1995, a veterans' choir was established.

Since 1997, the institution has been known as the Shar City Culture House under the jurisdiction of the Zharma District.

In 2002, the Culture House underwent major renovations, and a 360-seat auditorium was opened for use.

From 2007 to the present day, the veterans' choir has been awarded the title of "People's Artistic Collective" three times.

In 2025, major renovation work was carried out.
