The Kanonerka village Cultural House building was constructed in 1957. The cultural organizer at the village club is Askar Kudaibergenuly Omarghazin. The club has a staff of 6 units. The total area of the building is 1014.6 square meters.

In 2025, 49 cultural and mass events were held at the village club in honor of national, professional, and commemorative holidays. The villagers actively participated in these events, contributing to the cultural and spiritual development of the village.
