The Kar-Myrza village Culture House building was constructed in 1985. The cultural organizer at the village club is Gulnar Aringazykzy Tsepnyevskaya.

The club has a staff of 5. The total area of the building is 412.9 square meters.

In 2025, 57 cultural and mass events were held at the village club in connection with national, professional, and commemorative holidays. The villagers actively participated in these events, contributing to the cultural and spiritual development of the village.

The building includes: a concert hall for 180 spectators, a dressing room, a foyer, a laptop, a library, musical equipment acquired in 2013, stage costumes in three sets, 2 tables, and 4 chairs.
