The building of the Kargaily Rural Culture House was constructed in 1984. The cultural organizer at the rural club is Sultanov Talgat Amantaevich.

The club has a staff of 7 units. The total area of the building is 912.2 square meters.

In 2025, 57 cultural and mass events were held at the rural club in connection with national, professional, and commemorative holidays. The villagers actively participated in these events, contributing to the cultural and spiritual development of the village.

Material and Technical Base

The premises of the building fully comply with the requirements for equipping institutions that carry out cultural and recreational activities. The institution is fully equipped with sound amplification, lighting, and computer equipment, internet access, an LED screen, and musical equipment.

The building includes: a concert hall for 100 spectators, a director's office, a methodologist's office, a dressing room, a foyer, a guard's office, a library, a museum, and a storage room.
