The GKKP "District Culture House" of the Beskaragay District in the Abai Region was built in 1978.

In 1983, the "Exciton" dance group was established. In 1985, the ensemble was awarded the title of "Exciton" folk dance ensemble, which it has proudly maintained to this day.

In 1994, the "Charodei" dance group was formed. In 2004, the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan awarded this ensemble the title of "Exemplary Dance Ensemble."

Today, just like in previous years, the creative life of the District Culture House is very rich and dynamic.

The "Exciton" folk dance ensemble and the "Charodei" exemplary dance ensemble have been multiple winners in competitions among dance groups at the district, city, and republican levels.

The development of culture in our institution resembles the eternal movement of creative thought that never stops. Here, bright ideas come to life, bold initiatives are realized, and wonderful works of art are created. New creative groups are constantly formed, each adding its unique pattern to the common representation of cultural diversity. All of this creates a unique atmosphere filled with creativity and inspiration, making our lives meaningful and artistic.

For over 48 years, the Beskaragay District Culture House has been living and breathing creativity. It has always been at the center of public life, developing in line with the times while also remembering its rich cultural heritage. Having gone through many milestones, it has accumulated a vast repertoire and received numerous awards. However, the most important reward is the genuine affection and love of the audience.
