The "Kainar Village Culture House" KMGK is a cultural institution that meets the cultural and spiritual needs of the village population.
The "Kainar Village Culture House" communal state treasury enterprise was established in 1986. It is a two-story building with a typical design that accommodates 230 seats. Ownership type: communal state treasury enterprise. Three "folk art groups" serve the public at this cultural center. The total area is 2233.7 m². The building volume is 10845 m². The residential area is 1141.7 m². It is located in Kainar village. The heating system comes from the central school heating boiler.
Three "folk art groups" serve the public at the cultural center. Thirteen clubs opened next to the culture house are functioning fully.
The "Kainar" folk theater was established in 1969. The "Kainar" folk theater has a 56-year history. In 1970, it defended the title of "folk theater." The theater team participated in a national competition in 1975 and received the honorary title of "folk art group." Over 56 years, the theater has presented more than 300 stage performances and plays to the public.
The "Kainar Folk Song and Dance Ensemble" was established in May 1992 and held its first concert in honor of the 70th anniversary of Kainar Secondary School. In 1994, the ensemble defended the title of "folk." In 2004, 2007, 2010, and 2013, it defended the title of "folk art group."
The "Meizek" exemplary children's song and dance ensemble was established in September 1992 on the basis of the "Kainar" song and dance ensemble. The ensemble consists of more than 30 children. The artists who graduated from the ensemble are now qualified specialists in various fields.
The material and technical base of the culture house includes an audience hall, stage, lighting and sound equipment, LED screen, musical instruments, national and stage costumes, office and multimedia equipment, all fully equipped.
The institution employs qualified and experienced specialists in the field of culture.
Cultural and public events for state and national holidays (Nauryz holiday, Independence Day, Republic Day, New Year, etc.), festive concerts and ceremonial gatherings, educational events dedicated to folk traditions, competitions and festivals of amateur artists, theatrical performances, entertainment programs for children and youth, creative meetings, literary-musical evenings, and reporting concerts of village artists are regularly held at the culture house.
In 2025: 206 events took place. The number of participants was 28,500.
