“Zhanasemey District Culture House” municipal state treasury enterprise
The Zhanasemey District Culture House was opened on January 27, 2025. There are 11 rural clubs operating under the district culture house.
The main location is in the village of Prirechny, Gagarina 1

The main objectives of the culture house;
The Zhanasemey District Culture House implements the following main types of activities to satisfy the cultural and creative demands of the district's residents, preserve and develop national values, and effectively organize the leisure time of the population:
• organizing and holding cultural mass events, concerts, theatrical and festive activities;
• developing folk creativity, organizing and supporting the work of amateur art groups (singing, dancing, drama, folklore, etc.);
• promoting national traditions, customs, and historical-cultural heritage;
• organizing creative circles, clubs, and activities;
• developing cultural programs aimed at meaningful leisure for youth, children, and various social groups;
• participating in and organizing district, regional, and republican cultural projects, festivals, and competitions;
• organizing cultural-educational, cognitive, and educational events.
A total of 90 events were held in 2025. District events were celebrated at the district level in all villages. The number of people involved was 9305.
There are 5 circles operating in the district culture house. A total of 44 people participate.
For the first time, we organized a district amateur performers competition and evaluated the work of all rural clubs, participating in the regional competition titled “Abai Country - A Treasure of Art.” This is a significant achievement for us as we participated in regional competitions just 5 months after our establishment and were awarded in the “Inspiration” nomination. We are organizing large-scale events and contributing our unique share to the culture of our district.
