Shakaman Rural Club
Shakaman Rural Club operates under a non-paid temporary agreement, occupying 3 rooms with a total area of 240.7 square meters. Including the coefficient calculation of the existing area of 143.5 square meters, it totals 97.2 square meters, thus the overall area amounts to 240.5 square meters.
The main workplace consists of 3 rooms:
1. Staff working area.
2. Audience hall with 75 seats.
3. Dance hall.
There are 11 permanent clubs operating in the rural club house. This cultural institution, which provides spiritual energy from the youngest child to the oldest elder, is always bustling with activity. It tirelessly works towards the realization of the "Eternal Nation" idea for the village community.
A total of 216 people are permanent members of these clubs. Weekly dance parties are held for the village youth. A wall newspaper is published in the club house regularly.
The total population of the village is 1503, with 239 youth, 30 people with disabilities, 198 retirees, and 305 students.
Local talents who have come to the stage as artists and received a ticket to the big stage are now a source of pride for the country.
Various political and cultural public events are held throughout the year, always capturing the attention of the people. During this time, the staff of the Shakaman Rural Club consistently demonstrates activity by introducing new trends and initiatives. Programs aimed at promoting young artists and encouraging their future aspirations have resonated well with the villagers. Many new programs have been developed by this team.
The Address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the people emphasizes the growth of the well-being of Kazakhstanis: we must work to improve income and quality of life. We need to find solutions to the constantly changing challenges. Our goal is to make our happy nation and flourishing land, "Our Homeland Kazakhstan" an "Eternal Nation," to develop interest in the history of the homeland, local studies, and culture, and to cultivate the basic skills of scientific research, focusing on the creative development of children and youth. The main format of the project is to implement the programmatic article "The Seven Facets of the Great Steppe," which highlights the culture of horseback riding, ancient metal production and processing technologies, the advanced culture of the Kazakh people with its own writing and mythology, the "animal style art" as a vivid symbol of the spiritual wealth of the Kazakh nation, the warrior relics of the Steppe civilization that amazed the world, the Turkic history originating from Altai, considered the cradle of the Turkic world, and the Great Silk Road system that contributed to the flourishing of the global economy, as well as promoting apples and tulips worthy of the national brand of Kazakhstan, which are not only historical events that took place in our country but also extremely valuable for every Kazakh.
30 years of the Nevada-Semey movement. Citizens who participated in the "Nevada-Semey" movement discuss the difficulties during the cessation of nuclear tests. Although the Semipalatinsk test site has been closed, its consequences have not been completely eliminated, and an International Rehabilitation Forum is planned to address the effects of nuclear testing.
On the 155th anniversary of Alikhan Bokeikhan, a discussion on "The Life and Fate of the Leader of Alash" was held, focusing on the public figure, leader of the national liberation movement and the Alash Party, chairman of the Alashorda autonomous government, publicist, scientist, and translator. Excerpts from his biography were discussed.
On the 30th anniversary of independence, we understand that the children born in the year our country gained independence are now specialists mastering various fields. Among the peers of independence, there are poets, singers, teachers, mayors, and police officers. All the youth are talented, and their achievements are remarkable. I feel immense joy when I see such educated and talented youth in our independent country," various events were held with hope.
On the 160th anniversary of Kokbay Zhantaev, as the saying goes, "Five centuries sing," the village of Takhyr in the Shyngystau foothills of the Abai region of East Kazakhstan is where the poet, educator, and both student and brother of Abai was born in 1925. Abai's poems "Summer" and "To Kulembai" were first published by Kokbay in 1888-89 in the "Dala Ualiety" newspaper. Kokbay learned to read as a child and studied for about three years under the teacher Toleitai, later attending the Kamali Kazyret madrasa in Semey and a district school. Excerpts from Kokbay's life were shared.
Although the Shakaman Rural Club consists of a small team, it is not just a hub of diverse and professional art but truly an institution that organizes the work of artists closely collaborating with the local community. The essence of national art is clearly gathered in this team.
