“Department of Internal Policy, Culture, Language Development and Sports of the Abai Region, Zhanasemey District” State Institution “Cultural House of Zhanasemey District” under the “Shulbi Village Club”

Shulbi village is located 60 kilometers from the city of Semey. The village club was opened in 2008 and currently occupies a free lease area of 161.4 square meters in the administrative building.

The institution has been operating for eighteen years as of 2026. During this period, the main focus has been on satisfying the spiritual needs and cultural interests of the village residents, as well as effectively organizing their leisure time. All cultural and public events are carried out with the support of the village akim and in collaboration with institutions in the village area.

Each new project and initiative is distinguished by its content and significance, aimed at achieving specific results. The club's activities prioritize the quality, educational, and cognitive value of the events held rather than their quantity.

Additionally, the work of the circles is conducted systematically, aimed at developing participants' interests and creative potential. Evidence of this is the success of performers at various regional and city-level international competitions and festivals, where the junior dance group won the Grand Prize with the dance “Zhuravli” at the “Altyn Abai” Energy of Autumn competition, and the junior dance group also secured 1st place and the Grand Prize at the international competition-festival “Altyn Samruk.” The large and small dance groups won the Grand Prize at the international competition-festival “Danse Drive.”

Circles

There are 5 circles operating in the club. 2 circles are for adults, and 3 circles are for children. The total number of circle members is 54, including 36 children.

Children's circles: “Milashki” junior dance circle, “Milashki” middle group dance circle, Vocal junior group.

Adult circles:

“Zabavushka” group, Adult vocal group.

Achievements of 2025

1. We participated in the “Kazakhstan – Our Common Roof” amateur art competition organized by the Cultural House of Zhanasemey District and secured 3rd place.
