Started his career in 2001 as an actor at the "Darighai" Youth Theater.

2016 - Director of the "Club for Deaf and Mute Citizens of Semey City" State Municipal Enterprise.

8. Social Importance:
In light of the above, we believe that the optimization of our club will cause irreparable harm to a vulnerable category of our city's population, namely, people with hearing impairments. The absence of any rehabilitation centers and other organizations to support and ensure the full-fledged existence of hearing-impaired individuals in the city directly violates their rights as established in the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Law No. 39-III on "Social Protection of Disabled Persons in the Republic of Kazakhstan" dated April 13, 2005 (Article 27 "Ensuring access for disabled persons to cultural and recreational activities in organizations and sports facilities").
Formats of events:
Festive and thematic concert programs involving the club's amateur performers, sports and entertainment programs promoting a healthy lifestyle. Lectures and discussions on countering terrorism and extremism. Organizing competitions for amateur performers and participating in regional and republican-level contests. Collaborating with sports clubs for the hearing impaired and the Semey City Sports Department to hold various sports meetings, spartakiads, football tournaments, and championships of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Actively working on the club's social media, various challenges, video materials, and information for its followers.
9. Achievements and Awards

Achievements in 2025: Republican choreography competition in Almaty, Audience Favorite Award 50,000 KZT certificate. Club staff member A. M. Alimhanova was awarded a letter of appreciation from the "Department of Culture and Language Development" on Culture Day. Egizbaeva R. V. received a letter of appreciation from the Mayor of Semey City on Culture Day. Participants of the club's amateur performers are diploma winners of the Republican sign language singing competition dedicated to the anniversary of the People's Artist of the USSR B. Tulegenova - 2024, 2nd place.
