LIBRARY BRANCH IN ZHOLAMAN VILLAGE

The library branch in Zholaman village of Semey city was established in September 2014. In 2014, the library's collection consisted of 1500 items, including 62 items in the state language. The number of readers was 600.

The main indicators of the work process by the end of 2025 were: the number of readers - 1207, the number of books issued - 26936, the number of readers' visits - 13232.

The library's collection consists of 3200 items, including 1621 items in the state language.

The events organized by the library are aimed at fostering Kazakhstani patriotism, increasing interest in the history and culture of Kazakhstan, identifying and developing children's creative abilities, and assisting in the learning process.

Events such as the bookcrossing titled "A Book is the Best Gift," a literary guesthouse titled "Great Figures of Their Time" dedicated to the 180th anniversary of Abai Kunanbayev, a literary journey titled "The Light of Kazakhstan Science" based on the novel "Dara Daryn" by writer M Sarseke, a portrait evening titled "The Light of Poetry" dedicated to the 75th birthday of poet and akyn Damesh Omarbaeva, and many other interesting events have been held. The library hosts a "Magician" club aimed at revealing children's creative abilities for children aged 8-15.
