Since the establishment of the "Central Culture and Recreation Park of Semey City" state communal treasury enterprise, she was appointed as director by the order dated May 7, 2008, through the transfer procedure from the chief specialist of the cultural and language development department of Semey City.
In 2020, based on the decree No. 2212 of the city mayor dated December 22, 2020, the name of the enterprise was changed, and on January 15, 2021, the enterprise was re-registered.

The main types of activities of the institution aimed at organizing cultural, creative, and leisure activities are defined as follows:

Organization of holidays celebrated in the Republic of Kazakhstan, concerts, song and dance festivals, presentations, festivals, competitions, exhibitions;

6. Material and technical base
Describes the building, equipment, and technical resources used to carry out activities.
The "Cultural and Leisure Center of Semey" under the Cultural and Language Development Department of Semey City is located at 33 Uranhaev Street in our city.
Today, the enterprise is fully equipped with the necessary material and technical bases for work. In the reporting year, musical equipment and office furniture were purchased with funds allocated from the local budget, current repair work was carried out on the Renault Duster vehicle on the enterprise's balance, and a new laptop and two computer sets were purchased.
Additionally, the saved portion of the funds allocated for the building this year was fully utilized for internal work on the building.
In the future, one of the goals of the enterprise administration is to effectively utilize the allocated funds for conducting current repair work on the building, increasing the number of specialists and workers, strengthening the material and technical bases, and raising the quality of cultural services provided to the public to a high level.

According to the results of 2025, the number of cultural mass events reached 352, with the number of viewers reaching 477,209. Compared to 2024, there is an increase in both the number of events and the number of viewers.

Cultural and theatrical events celebrated in the Republic of Kazakhstan, concerts, holidays, song and dance festivals, presentations, festivals, competitions, debates, exhibitions of folk applied and visual arts, and plein airs in collaboration with the Union of Artists.
